Collection O 3175 Pluspoint Suites

The facilities are basic, and the rooms could use an upgrade. Although the hotel is clean, some parts look worn. The pricing is economical and seems fair for the service, so it's a budget-friendly choice if you want a decent stay without spending too much. The new management has put effort into making the place feel welcoming. Staff were courteous, cooperative, and professional, and they tried to make guests comfortable. I appreciated the changes and their attention to customer satisfaction. It's a decent Bangalore option for travelers who value friendly service and reasonable prices. Improving the facilities could make it stand out more.

We planned to stay in the suites for two weeks, but left the next day because of several problems. There was a stale smell in the room, as if someone had smoked there before. The bathroom was dirty and smelled unpleasant, with used slippers left inside. The sheets and covers were stained, and there were lots of mosquitoes and roaches under the bed and couch. We raised these issues at checkout. Hope the team fixes them soon. Good luck.

Friendly staff, a great atmosphere, and clean rooms that were well maintained. I had a super experience here in Bangalore, one of the best places I've stayed.

I stayed for three days. The Wi-Fi worked fine, and the beds and bathrooms were decent, but the rooms weren't very clean. The shower ran a little slowly, and there weren't any extra services. At 2k a night, I felt it was too expensive. There was no free breakfast and no AC, despite those being listed among the amenities. Three stars because the price seemed high to me.
