Fabhotel Whitefield Suites

Worst stay I’ve had. There was no hot water or room kit, and the caretaker was rude, acting as if he owned the building.

The room was dirty and smelled bad, so I decided not to check in. I’d booked Fab hotel Whitefield Suites for four people for three days, with an extra bed, breakfast for all four, and early check-in, for Rs.8000/-. I’d paid Rs.2000/- in advance, leaving Rs.6000/- due. At check-in, staff asked for Rs.7500/- instead. Don’t go to this hotel. Too fraud.

They refused to let me in when I arrived, saying I’d booked for too low a price. I was left wandering the road at midnight, and the Agoda app showed no alternative. Instead of arranging another place, they offered a free cancellation. It feels like a scam: they accept a cheap booking, then try to rip you off when you get there. Don’t trust their low prices.

The room rent doesn’t match the room or the hotel’s condition. This felt more like a PG for a day than a hotel, and they didn’t even provide something as basic as a water bottle. I’d generally had good experiences with similar platforms and assumed FabHotel would guarantee a minimum hotel standard, but using that name here feels like a complete misuse. Don’t book if you’re looking for a hotel stay instead of a PG.
