It's in a quiet, isolated spot, with good infrastructure and spacious rooms. But the lift wasn't working, and neither the room nor the bathroom was clean. The bathroom floor was a mess. The shower was broken and water came out like it was being forced through a syringe. The drinking water they gave us tasted really bad.
I stayed here for 7 days and found the place clean and neat. The service was good, and the staff were helpful with any problems we had. Breakfast was just okay, mostly South Indian food, and not that good. I booked through online oyo, but they wouldn't give me an invoice because of the online booking. That's disappointing since I need to submit it to my company.
The rooms are spacious, which is the only good thing I can say. Food was terrible and overpriced, and they don't allow outside food. There was a permanent stink in the restrooms because there's no ventilation. They didn't provide soap or shampoo either.
During my 10 days there, housekeeping cleaned only twice, so the work wasn't done regularly. Room service was poor too. I had to call and follow up several times even to get drinking water. There was no restaurant service, and they didn't provide utensils for cooking. Overall, it wasn't up to the mark.
Staff didn't seem to communicate, and I couldn't tell how often the receptionist changed. Breakfast was terrible, and the washroom had no ventilation. The lift was very slow. On TV there were no Hindi, English, or sports channels.
