The location is convenient, but my stay was disappointing. The fan in the room wasn't working properly, which made things uncomfortable. I also asked for hot water to bathe at night and didn't get it. The reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful.

I booked one night for official work because the hotel is in the central area. Wrong decision. The front desk person was rude from the start, and asking for my details felt more like an interrogation. That was very unprofessional. Do you question every man who comes and stays at your place the same way? As for the rooms, it's the worst room I've ever stayed in. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I stayed for two days, 21 May 26 to 23 May 26. It's a very nice place to stay, and the attached Udupi Restaurant is good too.

Don't assume Udupi garden and this place are the same. Check the room before you go. I came with an 8-month infant, but they put us on the 7th floor in a terrible room. The toilet and bathroom were so ugly. The toilet was nearly 1ft high, and my 60-year-old mother and 12-year-old child couldn't sit down and get up. The floor was mosaic and looked almost 20 years old. They charged 1700/- for just 5hours in that very old room. Very bad experience.

The place is clean and well maintained, and they can customize the food as requested. Easy connectivity and great food. Recommended.
