The bathroom, TV, and AC all worked, but the room was small and cramped. I was offered a larger one for an extra charge, and breakfast would have cost another ₹250. At ₹2,400 a night, I expected a reasonably comfortable room, though maybe I expected too much. The worst part came overnight. I heard chattering by the window and thought it was outside, then got up and saw a rat run through my room and out the door. It frightened me, and I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night. I've never had anything like that happen at a hotel. At check-in the receptionist seemed unaware of my reservation, asked for my confirmation email, then asked me to pay even though I'd paid in advance. It felt as if my booking wasn't in their system. I stayed one night a couple of days ago, had a poor experience, and wouldn't come back.

Worst hotel. Please check the room, service, parking, and hygiene in person before you book online. This place isn't worth any money. Don't waste your time or money. I uploaded a video, please watch it. People need a nice atmosphere and a chance to relax, but after entering this hotel, you'll come back feeling like a patient.

The location was good, and the room was clean with good AC and other amenities. My overall experience was positive. The bathroom smelled like gas coming from the sinkholes, though, and dishes and a beer bottle left outside some guests' rooms weren't picked up by staff until 12 PM.

Getting around was easy, with different kinds of transport readily available, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. It felt safe for a woman traveling alone. One difficulty: if a senior citizen is with you, reaching the cafe on the mezzanine above reception can be hard. The stairs are quite steep, and the lift doesn't go up to that floor.
