The location is on the main road near presidency college, and the rooms are large with their own A/C rather than central air. Beyond that, I was very disappointed by the rooms and service. There were only two bottles of water and no other amenities, not even towels, a hand towel, or complimentary tea or coffee. Room service was slow and usually couldn't be reached by phone, so everything had to go through reception. It seems marriage functions may be the main focus here. I wouldn't recommend staying unless that's your reason for coming. This doesn't feel like a four-star property; I'd rate it as a basic one-star place.

The menu ran to three pages, but most listed items weren't available. The wait for food was so long that my hunger nearly went away, and the salad was just two onion slices and a small bit of lemon. I came because the hotel is close to home and I was hungry. The food was tasteless, and next time I'd rather stay hungry.

We held a birthday party on the lawn, and all the family members who came were very happy. The food was great and served very well, while the restaurant and room ambience was very good. The team's operations during the programme ran smoothly, and the service was humble. Thanks to the team of said leela. All the best, guys, great work.

The food was very tasty, easily five-star. Service was a different story: one waiter was handling orders and serving dishes for four tables, even though the place wasn't very crowded. We waited too long, and all the dishes arrived at once. The ambience also wasn't very relaxing. Still, the food was delicious.

It's on the main road of Doddaballapur highway, and the ambience is good, with spacious rooms that make staying there easy. The food is decent and a normal stay isn't a problem. Staff service wasn't great, though changes are being made and hopefully it'll improve.
