The manager’s Annegowdru, kindness and behavior were beyond words, and we were treated very well. We checked in at 9:45 and left at 10:30 the following morning; our train wasn’t until 8 o’clock at night, and carrying all our heavy luggage around felt risky. The manager kept our bags safely for us until then, free of charge. The place is also very close to Majestic railway station and metro station, so getting there quickly was easy. The room and bathroom were neat and clean.

The manager and cashier were rude and dismissive when we raised concerns. They argued with us and ignored the problems instead of helping. The room was dirty, the bedsheets had stains, and there was a bad odor. The AC wasn't working properly either. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is the only good part. We stayed for two days and never got a working TV, even though we called and were repeatedly told someone was coming. At the end, they said it needed a recharge. The bedsheet was torn, and room service was poor. The staff were lazy and didn't understand what customers needed. I paid 6k for one of the worst stays I've had. Better avoid this place.

We had a great time at HLV Grand Inn. The rooms and ambiance were amazing, and front office receptionist Anne Gowdru welcomed us warmly and treated us like sisters. I'd suggest everyone visit for a stay.
