Cockroaches in the rooms are the one problem. Otherwise, they clean the room and bathroom every day, the service is very good, and there's an accessible lift and cold drinks at reception. It's a great place to hang out with your partner.

No window in the non-AC rooms, and the bedsheets were dirty. Not a good place at all.

The manager and staff behaved in a very rude, unruly way, and the area felt like a slum. I didn't feel safe. They denied check-in on my Oyo booking and demanded another 1k rs. When I called customer care, I later realized the people answering were the same hotel staff pretending to be customer care. They came to beat me. I started recording, and then they still came to beat me. I was there with my family, and they harassed and threatened us. They should be removed from Oyo and the hotel business, and the police should take action. Don't book here or you could be cheated.

The room quality was good, and the staff behaved very well.

The rooms weren't clean and had no ventilation. There were lots of mosquitoes, but they wouldn't provide mosquito liquid. No drinking water, no proper service, and a waste of money. Please avoid this hotel.
