Fabhotel Kings Suites

The room had only one light, and the bedsheets were torn and smelled of sweat. There was an unbearable rat urine smell on the sofa, and the bathroom door couldn't be locked from either side. I was disappointed by bugs in the sheets, weak WiFi, and staff who seemed uninterested. There was no room phone, so reaching room service was difficult. No in-house kitchen, and basic things like shampoo and shower gel were missing. For the high price, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I spent 54 days at Kings Suites Hotel in Hennur, and it worked well for a long stay. Cleaning was excellent, and although the power went out often, the generator came on right away and kept the lights, fans, and Wi-Fi going. The water heater didn't work on generator for a few days, a minor issue overall.

They took 290 as an advance, but gave no further directions to the location. When I asked, it seemed fraudulent. No booking had been made. They take your money through a link.

The rooms and beds were really dirty, the service wasn't good, and the AC didn't work. I wasn't happy with anything there. Hope they improve the quality of their service.
