The worst part of my stay was the noise. Rooms sit close together around the lobby, reception, and dining area, and there’s basically no soundproofing. Room 109, where I stayed, was especially affected by kitchen noise. They seemed to wash dishes loudly at exactly 1:30am every night, which kept disrupting my sleep. The room was large, and the cul-de-sac outside was quiet and traffic-free, even though 80ft road is only a short walk away. That location seems to be what you pay extra for. Otherwise it’s pretty overpriced for such basic facilities. Cleanliness could be better, and the furniture and fittings were okay, nothing special.

The rooms are large and clean, and the hotel service is appreciable. The doors could use a little maintenance, and neither the Wi-Fi nor network coverage in the rooms is very good. It’s tucked deep inside a street, so it can be hard to find.

The hotel is in a good location, but the room was average. The bathrooms weren’t clean, with lots of ants and small cockroaches. During my two-night stay, neither the room nor bathroom was cleaned, and the towels weren’t changed. They didn’t provide basic toiletries like toothpaste. Breakfast was very basic and not worth the price, so I’d avoid it.
