We were comfortable during our couple of days here, and the rooms were clean with good service. There's an MTR RESTAURANT on the 5th floor. The main drawback was the elevator for anyone staying on the 3rd floor. With restaurant guests using it, it was often full and hard to get.

My guests were very happy with the rooms, service, and breakfast buffet when I booked three rooms for them recently. The location is one of the best. There's no car park, though they left their car overnight in front of the Hotel and had no problem.

We paid 3200 rs for one night and got terrible service. The cleanliness was poor, and the staff's manners and behaviour were a zero. We were there as a family and were met with a disgusting attitude from the start. The breakfast buffet was the worst I've ever had. I can't see how this place gets customers. Families, don't stay here or even consider it. Stay away and be happy. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My father left his phone charger in the room, but when he went back for it, the staff refused to return it. The staff were unprofessional and not cordial. We booked through Make my Trip. They charged 700 extra to accommodate another person in our room, then charged us separately for breakfast even after we paid that amount. The rooms are very basic, and even a water bottle or a tower costs extra. I'd book another hotel in the area.
