The location makes up for the lack of hotel facilities, with plenty of options nearby. Staff were very friendly and room service was excellent. The rooms are spacious, with huge bathrooms, and worth the price. They also offer complimentary early check-in, which is a real plus if you arrive in Bangalore after an overnight journey. Easily a good place for two or three nights.

The rooms are spacious, but the maintenance was bad. Our AC wasn’t working when we arrived, and neither was the bathroom exhaust. The bedsheets were extremely dirty, and I really don’t think they had been washed. Staff fixed the AC and said the remote was the problem, but later water started leaking from the indoor unit. We asked to change rooms and the person in charge initially refused, so I had to insist. The next room smelled like cigarette smoke. When we asked again, the workers said the smell wasn’t strong and we could stay. I lost patience and had to speak firmly before they finally showed us another room, which was just okay. I still had to ask for clean pillow covers. I don’t know whether the sheets in that room had been washed either. I brought my own, so I used those rather than ask them to change everything. Management needs to improve maintenance and train staff to treat guests properly. I’m not paying to accept whatever room they give me.

It was generally quiet, with no interruptions, and the rooms had plenty of space and light. There’s a study table for meetings, and they let you order food online to your room. The place is usually full. During our stay it was, and it could be hard to reach the cleaning person because he was busy. Still, it was a good stay.

The location is good and the rooms are spacious, but the service and staff attitude are pathetic. We booked four nights and were given only two small water bottles at check-in. They said complimentary water was provided only at check-in, even though guests are charged by the day and should be served daily. Rooms aren’t cleaned every day unless you ask repeatedly, and staff respond rudely when you do. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.
