OYO Townhouse 255 Indiranagar Double Road

We trusted what was promised when we booked, but the stay brought poor management, no accountability, disappointing service, and no value for the money. Basic hospitality standards weren't met. From what we saw, guests in other cities had similar complaints too, so this seems like a problem across India for the brand, not just one isolated case. People considering this chain anywhere in India should be cautious. Look into recent reviews and don't rely on glossy photos or promises. Guests deserve fair treatment and transparency. Until the chain improves its standards nationwide, I wouldn't recommend booking with them.

The staff were okay but not especially welcoming. I had to ask for towels, there was no toilet paper, and the sheets were stained. For this price, I expected better. The AC was old, and I couldn't quite figure out its Auto setting. The rooms aren't well maintained, and the bathroom and corridors smelled strange. The floor was dirty and shifted underfoot. The property's name also differs between Booking.com and Google Maps. I wouldn't recommend it.

A terrible Oyo, with broken doors, cockroaches everywhere, and AC problems. Lodges around Majestic that cost 500 can offer better facilities. Avoid it.
