Check-in and checkout were easy, and the front desk was available for questions and local tips. The staff were polite, while housekeeping kept the room tidy and responded quickly when I asked for something. My room was clean, spacious enough to relax in, and well maintained. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hot water, and room service all worked properly. It felt like good value for a short business trip or a family stay. There aren't luxury services, but the accommodation was comfortable and reliable.

Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of dishes the kids liked, and the property and rooms were very clean. We were 13 people staying for two days, though, and the hot water problem really affected our comfort, especially for the elderly in our group in Bangalore's cold weather. After several requests, the regular supply still wasn't available. We were given buckets of lukewarm water, which weren't enough for everyone and weren't suitable for the elderly. Staff kept saying it would be fixed in “1 or 2 hours,” but it never was. That led to frustration and heated discussions. The hotel could have arranged something like a portable geyser or another backup. Everything else was good, but this was a major inconvenience.

We had a great stay. The location is amazing, and the rooms are neat and tastefully done. The people matter most in a service business, and Akash and Saro at TGI are quiet but really focused on customers. Mr Kailash, the Manager, is very friendly too. Highly recommended.

We were wedding photographers, and our clients had booked 30 rooms at TGI Felicity for two full days. We checked in around 11pm on the 24th of Feb, using rooms pre-booked by our clients, and the front desk handed us two keys. In the morning, we were told to check out, even though we were supposed to stay two nights. We chose to come back and discuss it at 2pm after our shoot rather than argue then. That afternoon Mr.Kailas Kumar from the operations team called and blamed us for entering the wrong room, even though the front desk had given us the keys. He said all the rooms were sold out and refused our request for another night, then told us to pay for the two rooms. The front desk and operations had mismanaged things, but we were blamed. Two other rooms in our wedding circle had the same problem. Mr.Kailas was extremely rude, and the whole experience was deeply disappointing. Management should take this seriously and teach the front desk team some manners when speaking to customers.
