Pleasant Moments -Business Hotel

Quiet but still central, with spotlessly clean rooms and staff who were unbelievably kind and helpful. The Wi-Fi was super fast, and they served a wonderful complimentary breakfast every morning. We booked through gobibo for my kids’ vacation, and the hotel was clean, with comfy beds and pillows. The bathroom was spotless, there was plenty of hot water and towels, and the mini fridge was cold. There’s a coffee maker with supplies, and a flat-screen TV with a handful of English channels. Free car parking is available, along with non-smoking rooms, and some rooms have balconies. The staff were sweet and friendly, and housekeeping was decent. A shopping center is a five-minute walk away, with good pubs, KFC, Taco Bell, and Shoppers Drug Mart across the street; plenty of other stores are within walking distance too. Bring shampoo. If you want a good night’s sleep, a hot shower, and shops nearby without spending too much, I recommend it to everyone close to me. Thanks, goibibo.

The rooms are well furnished and well kept, and the stay was very good overall. It’s one of the better mid-range hotels, with both single and double-bed rooms available. The downside is the drinking water: they only provide one free 500 ml bottle per day.

The only good thing was the room itself, which was quite big. There’s no lift, room service is almost nonexistent, and there’s no restaurant. Worst of all was how they treated us as a family: the attitude was outrageous and they were very rude. I had to call Fabhotel customer care at night to make a complaint. They acted like they were doing us a favor, as if we hadn’t paid anything.
