I’m asking Housr to return my security deposit. I’ve called, messaged, and followed up repeatedly, but the calls go unanswered and they eventually block you. I was surprised to see more social media reviews saying that keeping security deposits is their business. Please don’t keep customers’ money illegally. Other public reviews describe the same refund problem, which makes this look like a recurring issue. Holding the money without responding is unacceptable, and it raises serious concerns about responsibility and consumer rights. A reputable company should act professionally: respond, fix this conduct, and return the money immediately.

It’s been more than three months since I checked out, and my security deposit still hasn’t been refunded. I’ve had to keep calling and messaging, with no response. Four friends who stayed with me are dealing with the same thing, and together Housr is holding more than ₹1 lakh of our money without updates or transparency. The whole experience has been stressful and frustrating. I regret choosing Housr and would warn others to stay away and save themselves the headache.

I got a call after writing this, but nothing came of it. Six months later, there’s still no refund. Stay away from this Houser scam. I followed up 100 times, then they stopped answering calls and emails. The place isn’t worth what you pay, and the food is awful. I hope legal action is taken against these scammers. Shameless people, return my deposit.

I tried contacting circlepe, but they still haven’t refunded my money after a year. Housr said there would be no security deposit, then deducted a particular amount when I left, without explaining how it would be amortised when I moved in. The service was terrible, and they had promised a lot. I also lost four branded clothes through their laundry service. Utkarsh and Rajat handle many properties in Bangalore, but I found them manipulative, so don’t trust them blindly. Better to look for a flat. Housr feels like a scam.
