The room and stay were okay, but the service caused a stressful mess when we tried to leave early in the morning. We'd told the hotel about our checkout time, but no staff were there. All the doors were locked, the office was unattended, and nobody answered despite our repeated calls. Our cab was waiting, we were locked inside the hotel, and we had a flight to catch. That lack of responsibility is unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The helpful staff and easy access to local transport made this a practical choice for a short stay. Hotel Royal Flora Koramangala is budget-friendly and well placed near Nexus Mall and Christ University. The rooms are basic, though, and maintenance can be inconsistent.

Nothing worked properly during this awful stay in bangalore. I booked two deluxe rooms through MMT, but the room description never mentioned that they had no windows. The bathroom exhaust fans were broken, and either there was no hot water or both taps ran hot. The toilet was dirty, the AC wasn't fully working, and the service was terrible. To top it off, the housekeeping staff were rude.

I’ve been coming here for a year, and the change over the last few months has been really disappointing. The management changed, prices went up, and the rooms and facilities have slipped. Staff used to be some of the friendliest I’d encountered, and now they’re less welcoming and much stricter about check-in and checkout times. Water used to be free, with as many bottles as we needed, and the timing was flexible even though we paid a premium. The rooms were clean and felt worth the price back then. Also, almost none of the displayed photos seem to show the actual place. I don’t know why they use those random pictures.

It was a budget-friendly place that worked fine for a short stay and some time to relax. Manager sanath took good care of us.
