Housr Ferguson Apartment Near Radisson

I’m staying at Housr Ferguson, Marathahalli, and it’s been comfortable so far. The shared kitchen is handy for cooking, and the AC and geyser are working smoothly. Facilities and services are well managed, with regular, proper cleaning.

Housekeeping is available every day, and laundry runs three times a week. The rooms have modular furniture, cupboards, and kitchens, and the building also has parking and a terrace. The manager Rajat Singh is approachable and does his best to sort out any issue. A nice place to stay.

Housr Ferguson has been a nightmare while I’m staying here. For the price, this place isn’t worth it. There’s dust everywhere, and it doesn’t feel comfortable or welcoming. Drinking water is unavailable, and often there’s no tap water either, with a new motor problem seemingly every day. Mosquitoes are a constant problem. The laundry is awful. They use unhygienic water, and my clothes come back smelling bad. The WiFi is frequently down, and we have to pay for the TV recharge ourselves, which makes no sense at this price. Safety is another serious concern: there’s no proper security, and Amazon or other online orders left downstairs can easily be stolen. The Resident Manager keeps their phone on silent, rarely answers, and leaves problems to pile up. Absolutely not worth the money or peace of mind.

The place was clean and airy, and everything seemed fine until I moved out of my lease at Housr Ferguson, Marathahalli, Bangalore, on 5th June. In August, I got a refund breakdown saying ₹4,506 would be returned, but no payment has arrived. I’ve followed up with the Property Manager several times. I kept being told it would come in “7 days” or “3 days,” and now he’s unreachable and seems to have blocked my number. This delay is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
