There was no electricity during our stay, and the place felt shady and poorly maintained. Basic cleanliness was lacking, the washrooms were unhygienic, and the receptionist was arrogant and unhelpful. Very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it.

OYO’s support team helped with my complaint and arranged a full refund, which I appreciated. The hotel itself left me stranded: I’d booked ahead, paid a deposit, and told them I’d arrive around midnight, but the entrance was locked and nobody picked up when I called. They didn’t provide the confirmed room, and dealing with that so late was incredibly inconvenient and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone needing a dependable stay. OYO handled the complaint well, but my experience at this hotel was very poor.
