We didn’t check in because the room lacked the AC that was clearly listed among the facilities we booked. Staff couldn’t explain the mismatch properly and wouldn’t let us speak with higher management. Afterward, the hotel avoided our calls, seemingly to delay or avoid giving a refund. If a hotel can’t provide advertised facilities, it should handle the issue responsibly and process refunds transparently. This was a very poor, unprofessional experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Try to avoid it.

There was a pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel, and the service was excellent. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, so the stay felt relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location made it easy to reach nearby attractions and restaurants, and it was good value for money for either a short visit or a longer one.

The manager was very good, and I liked this hotel a lot. If I come again, I’ll stay here.

I turned back without staying. The second floor with the rooms was playing loud music, and the lift was dirty. Downstairs was a big bar and liquor shop, with many drinkers coming and going by bike. There was no car parking space, so you’d have to park on a congested road at a busy junction. The area is very interior, with literally narrow lanes where everyone drives dangerously.
