The receptionist was really rude, and this was the worst experience I’ve had. The room was filthy, the bedsheet and other things hadn’t been changed, and the bathroom was dirty. The flush didn’t work. Don’t go to this awful place.
The staff are the reason I’m giving this four stars, since everything else is amazing. When I booked online, the price appeared to include AC. At the hotel, they said the room I’d booked had no AC and charged me an extra 300. I told them the listing said AC, but they said they knew better what they had put online. I stayed about 15 days and paid 4600 extra, which is quite high for this area, especially as it’s an automobile market. There’s no kitchen for tea or coffee either, so you have to order online and pay delivery charges every time. It isn’t a premium place, but you end up paying premium prices for everything.
The rooms have no windows, so how is anyone meant to live in one? There are lots of cockroaches, the bedsheets are very dirty, and the bathroom walls are dirty too. Not good at all.
The room wasn’t very hygienic, though the price was negotiable. It could do for one night in an emergency, but otherwise I’d suggest staying somewhere else.
I booked through OYO a week ahead and arrived at this hotel on 30th December 2025. They gave me a broken room with no TV, AC, or hot water, and the toilet was ridiculous, just like the one in the picture. When I asked the person in charge to move me, he answered rudely and said that was the only room available for the price I’d booked, or I could leave. Don’t give business to managers like that. Please book another hotel.
