Sri Shankar Residency

Very good staff, and they were really polite. Praveen especially stood out.

I’m staying here now, and the hotel itself is good, but the staff were rude. I hadn’t felt well all day, so I didn’t eat, just took a banana with my medicine and slept. At midnight I woke up and politely asked the reception guy to open the door so I could get food. I explained I needed to take medicine and wasn’t feeling well, but he still refused. After about 10 minutes of arguing, two guys came to the gate and he opened it. I asked if I should leave, and he told me to come back within 30 minutes or the gate wouldn’t open until 5 AM. I didn’t expect this kind of behaviour and was very disappointed.

Don’t listen to what the rickshaw men warn you about before you arrive, what they told me wasn’t true at all. The hotel is close to the bangalore station, clean, and very neat. We had no problems with the room or the stay, and the service was very good with very decent behaviour. It was a good experience, and I’d recommend it to couples and families. You won’t regret staying here.

The price was very reasonable, and the single room I stayed in was excellent. I think the rooms were newly built. The bed, bathroom, and ventilation were all great.
