I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The food is poor and usually cold, and since it comes from outside rather than an in-house kitchen, there are quality problems. The chapatis are often undercooked, the Jeera rice was much too oily, and the rajma rice had hardly any rajma. The tea is always cold and tastes awful, with no coffee available. It’s also been over two months since I asked for my security deposit back, and they still haven’t responded.

The breakfast buffet at the on-site restaurant had plenty of variety and tasted great. My room was spotless, with a lovely skyline view. The quality linens and quiet, effective climate control also stood out, and I slept really well.

I stayed at Housr 36 co-living for two months, from September to the end of October. The stay itself was okay, but customer service was pathetic. For a two-month stay, I had to pay a deposit equal to one month’s rent. At the time of signing, they promised to return it within a month after deducting move-out charges. Once you leave, they stop replying to calls and messages. They also delete the rental-agreement app after your move-out date. I’d seen plenty of reviews saying deposits weren’t returned, but they assured us that wouldn’t happen when we moved out. Tenants should be careful about their unprofessionalism. - Dr Shifa

Megha Gowda was very helpful and professional while assisting with my booking, so special thanks to her. I had a great stay at 36 HOUSR Service Apartments in Domlur, near Manipal Hospitals. It’s in a peaceful area, the property is extremely clean, and the staff are outstanding. It’s the best service apartment I’ve stayed at in Bangalore. Highly recommended!

I spent 10 days here during a visit to my head office and had a great stay. The room felt luxurious, like a hotel.
