Treebo Worldtree Manyata Thanisandra

A few of our extra guests arrived in the middle of the night, and the manager, 'mangaiyar', made them wait outside the gate. I'd told her they were coming, and I would have paid if there was an extra charge. Instead, just two hours before they arrived, she asked for more money, and the guests were humiliated. I'd booked rooms in May for my sister's wedding, but the guests were treated without courtesy. The manager was rude, gave them dirty looks, and watched everyone entering the rooms, even the kids. They weren't given an extra bottle of water when they asked. It was a nightmare. We paid for the rooms, we weren't staying for free, and they still insulted our guests. This is no way to treat people. There's no humanity here. Never enter this hotel. I suggest people never book treebo hotels if this is how they treat guests.

We had to handle everything ourselves because there was no room service. The manager mangayya was very rude. When customers have a problem and want to speak to her, she refuses to talk to them. Terrible behavior.

I expected more after reading the reviews on booking.com. The hotel is in Thanisandra town near Manyatha Tech Park, but the access road is unpaved and hard to walk on. The buffet breakfast was decent, but tea and coffee weren't included. I had to pay at checkout, and no one had mentioned this at check-in or during booking. The building looks like an apartment converted into a hotel, with six rooms per floor. Each room has a little pantry with a sink and chimney, but no cookware or induction unit. There's a TV, but only subscription apps work. Even though there's a Tata sky connection, none of the channels worked. The wardrobe was spacious, there was a small chest that might be for shoes, and a chair for working. All the light and fan switches are by the entrance, which is inconvenient if you need to turn things on or off at odd hours. The bathrooms need work: the water sprayer handle was broken, the mirror was stained and hard to see in, and the shower flow was uneven and sometimes pinched while I showered. The bathroom ceiling looked broken, and there was no shower curtain. It was an okay stay, but some basic improvements would have made it better.

We had to wait an hour and a half before check-in, and the desk manager wouldn't let us go to our rooms. He was very rude and acted unprofessionally. He doesn't seem qualified for a manager's job or educated enough for it.
