The washroom was filthy, the AC was awful, and the lifts weren’t working. There were cockroaches all over the room, and the staff were arrogant. OMG, what else? Nobody should book this dirtiest room on earth. Please don’t book this stinking hotel in kateiguppe, bangalore and end up disappointed.
The room is much better than before, and they now have scheduled cleaning. Most things at the hotel are fine, but the person at reception is very bad and abuses customers in their own language repeatedly. They also never recharge the TV, and there’s nowhere to park.
They demanded an extra 1000 before giving us a room, even though we had booked. Soap and towels also cost extra, 100 for those things. The people and the hotel were awful, and I felt cheated at every step. I’d tell everyone to avoid it so they don’t spoil their mood and get cheated too. No. 1 cheaters of Bangalore.
They asked for 800 extra even though we were already booked through OYO, and said we shouldn’t book through OYO. The two boys were disrespectful and acted like loafers. I’ve never seen people like that. They have no dignity and aren’t fit for hotel management. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤧🤧🤧🤧😪😪
The staff treat guests extremely disrespectfully. If you book through OYO, they claim at check-in that they have nothing to do with OYO and demand extra money. Refuse, and they hold onto your luggage until you pay. This hotel doesn’t deserve even one star.
