Ms. Pallavi deserves a special thank you. She guided me respectfully and professionally, and went out of her way to keep things running smoothly. Her help made a real difference. I was comfortable in the well-kept room, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout my pleasant five-star stay at Parijatha Gateway. The complimentary Wi-Fi didn’t work, though, which was a problem since reliable internet matters to many guests. I hope management fixes and upgrades it. With working Wi-Fi, this place would be perfect. I appreciate the team’s hospitality and recommend Parijatha Gateway.

I’m cursing myself for choosing this hotel. They charge over 4,000 per day for poor service and facilities that aren’t fit for use. The intercom and an electrical outlet didn’t work, and plugging in my phone charger meant wrestling with the socket. The toilet was so cramped that I couldn’t sit properly. When I asked to change rooms, I found out they all had similar toilet seating. So much went wrong in just 5-10 minutes that I can’t even fit it all here. If negative ratings were possible, I’d give it -5.

We booked through Agoda for a wedding, and Agoda confirmed the reservation. When we called the hotel just to check the rooms would be ready, they said they had no booking for us. After hours of hassle, they told us to book directly at obviously inflated prices. We had no choice but to make an ad hoc booking at another hotel. A terrible mistake and a big red flag. I’d never recommend this place.

The stay itself was decent, but the food was very poor. They also charge separately for a dental kit and even add a fee if you ask for empty plates.

For Rs.500/- I had a filling vegetarian buffet that was clean and tasty, with a great ambience. It wasn’t too costly, and it’s one of the best in Bengaluru.
