The location is in a prime area, with everything available in one place. The stay itself was horrible. The bathroom was filthy and hadn't been cleaned; the basin leaked, and its water stayed clogged even after I complained. Service was poor, the wardrobe was dirty, and there was no TV. They provided towels and toiletries, but not even a bottle of water. Don't trust the photos on the website when booking. They seem totally fake, like a scam.
The rooms stank, and the bed was completely unhygienic. I don't think they clean between guests. Worse, cockroaches were all over the room. They didn't provide drinking water or a towel, and there was no landline to call reception. When we asked room service, we were told the room was being renovated, in which case they shouldn't have given it to us. The cashier didn't know how to speak to a woman, which was annoying and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this for a pleasant stay, and it felt really unsafe for women. The experience is so pathetic I can't put it into words. The online price showed 1320, but they collected 1800rs. Thank you.
The management was the worst part. Neither the receptionist nor the other staff knew how to behave, and they acted as if customers came there with bad intentions. When we complained about the rooms, they told us to leave 😂. After all that, they specifically asked us to leave a five-star Google review. The rooms were unbelievably dirty, with stained beds, bed bugs, and at least hundreds of tiny cockroaches. The bathrooms literally stink. Worst experience ever!
Auto drivers seemed to decide the room rate, while the receptionists just went along with them. A room costing 1600 was turned into 3200 in front of the receptionists, and the drivers also asked for commission. Don't get caught in these scams. Beware of auto drivers in Banglore. Such a terrible experience.
The manager treated us very badly, as if we were criminals doing something illegal. He asked for ID, and I showed my driving licence. He shouted that I had to show an adhar card with an address outside Karnataka. That made no sense to me: if I live in Bangalore, how could I show an identity document with an address outside Bangalore? We had paid for the hotel, and a driving licence is valid ID, but he wouldn't listen. He said he couldn't help if police came, and when I asked why police would come, he harassed us badly. It was a ridiculous experience we'd never had before. We're very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place.
