They took the full advance, but the high price wasn't worth it. The room hadn't been cleaned, the bathroom was dirty, and the TV and AC didn't work. The room power wasn't working properly either. Very irresponsible staff and very bad service. Such a waste of money, a really bad experience. 🤯😠😬😑

The food was good, with noodles, pulao, gulab jamun and other items. This place has recently opened for small parties and get-togethers, but still needs to get its act together. I don't know the rates. The restrooms are really rotten and need upgrading. It's in a basement on a very main road, so it's not suitable for older people. There was no visible parking, and the steps need proper support to make getting up and down safer. I couldn't see any fire exits. That's a real danger. Red sign.

The lift wasn't working properly, and the reception service was poor. I kept asking, but no bedsheets were provided, and they didn't even provide drinking water.

The front office staff don't respond. The washroom stinks, and there are no toiletries. You have to beg for water bottles here. Worst hotel in south bangalore.
