My brother booked this hotel, but the owner refused to let him check in. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication within the management, and the manager behaved terribly. I’m really surprised it’s listed on Goibibo or oyo. Don’t go here.

The rooms were large, but cleanliness was really bad. There were cockroaches, dirty pillows, and spider webs in the bathroom. The flush didn’t work, the washbasin had no pipe, and toiletries weren’t provided. We asked for an extra towel because the one supplied was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Receptionist Arun P took advance money and didn’t return my change. He kept making excuses about UPI problems or not having change, even though I asked many times before checkout. He then said he was paying online, but I was still waiting and calling, with no response to my messages. Seven days after checkout, he finally answered and repeated the same excuse, telling me to come to the hotel to collect the remaining money. When I asked him to pay online, he used very vulgar, abusive words and threatened me. I said I’d complain and call the police, but he laughed and told me to come and call, and then he’d give it to me.

The room was dirty, there was no water, and there were bedbugs in the bed. Please don’t go to this hotel.
