Being close to Lulu Mall is convenient, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The food was excellent in both quality and taste. But the internet is a major problem: mobile signals don’t reach the rooms, and the Wi-Fi barely works. We mentioned it on our first stay and came back hoping it had been fixed, but nothing had improved on our second visit. It makes it seem like management isn’t treating the issue seriously. The property has a lot going for it, yet the connectivity problem weighs heavily on whether I’d stay again.

The hotel is only 400 mtrs from KSR metro station and also quite near KSR railway station. They could make that location advantage clearer in the address. I saw the spacious first-floor party hall, which can fit 50,60 people, with nice decor and comfortable seating. The toilets, lift, and common areas were clean and well maintained, and the front door and reception staff were polite and helpful. I didn’t try the food because I had a queasy stomach.

We were five travelers from Sri Lanka, and the staff made our stay easy with friendly, excellent communication. They kindly let us check out two hours late because our flight was in the evening, which really helped with our plans. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, so we felt relaxed throughout. I’d recommend this hotel for a pleasant, comfortable stay.

One thing to know is breakfast is vegetarian only, with no eggs or non-veg. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Magestic area, and I had a comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and well maintained, service was prompt, and the staff were consistently polite, attentive, and helpful.

The room had a few issues: the bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly, there was some mold around the mirrors, and there wasn’t a bath mat. The location was decent, and the service staff were helpful during my visit. Overall, the stay was okay.
