With my wife and young child, I asked politely if we could check in early, just a little before the scheduled time. We had just travelled and wanted to freshen up. The staff showed no flexibility or empathy and treated us as if we didn't matter. Even after several polite requests, they simply told us to come back at the exact check-in time. I also asked if we could use a room for 30-45 minutes, then leave for our full day in Mathura and Vrindavan. They dismissed that reasonable request in a very unprofessional, insensitive way. The premium price made the lack of courtesy and hospitality especially disappointing. In my other travel experiences, hotels have usually tried to help with genuine requests when rooms are available, or at least offered some alternative. Here, there was no effort to find a solution. I had to book another hotel just to freshen up, which defeated the point of my original booking. This was one of my worst experiences, and I felt genuinely let down. I wouldn't recommend it to families or anyone expecting basic consideration.

I've visited the restaurant a few times as a local, but this time they treated us badly. With 20 minutes left before closing, they told us to go somewhere else because they wanted to shut early. They spoke rudely and sent us away, which was highly unprofessional. One staff member even said we were drunk and shouldn't eat at their restaurant. I never expected that kind of treatment. The staff is highly professional.

Everything is nearby, and the location is good. The rooms were average for the price, and the food was okay. It wasn't child-friendly at all: they wouldn't provide anything for our 1.5-year-old to eat, so we had to order from outside.

The location is awkward to reach, with several right turns and U-turns, and roads blocked in a number of places. Still, it's a good place for a night's stay. The hotel has a rustic feel and is beautiful, the rooms are good, parking looks decent, and both the staff and food are quite nice.

At check-in they gave us a locker for our luggage, but when we checked out, an uncle, I'm not sure if he worked at the hotel or was just sitting there, refused to give us a locker and spoke rudely. When I asked, 'ladai karoge kya ab app,' he smiled. It was shameful behavior, and the receptionist just watched without doing anything. Room service was a nightmare too. We had to ask for towels and basic essentials because none were provided. The geyser wasn't working, and the bed hadn't been cleaned properly, with hairs all around it. I wouldn't recommend this place. Stay away, you can find better hotels at this price.
