Hotel Heera Celebration

The cancellation and communication were the worst parts of this experience. We booked three rooms, two through our bank company and one individually. At first we expected to keep them all, but after a death in the family we needed to cancel one. I asked about the cancellation policy several times while booking and was never told what it was. We requested the cancellation about 10 days before arrival, got no response, followed up twice before check-in with no answer, and then called. They told us to send a WhatsApp message, but still didn't respond. I felt like I was talking to myself. When my family went to check in for the two company quota rooms, we argued a lot with reception, whose name is available on request, but they did nothing and refunded not a single rupee. Without those two company-booked rooms, we never would have considered staying here. It's not even a proper hotel, just an accommodation place. The rooms were below average and service was the worst. Even 5 star hotels offer much better cancellation policies, communication, and service. If you have even one other choice, don't pick this place at any cost, or stay at your own risk.

Some of their rooms are in such bad repair they aren't usable. Maybe they only give those out when everything else is full, to give them the benefit of the doubt. The rooms that aren't bad aren't great either. I didn't even want the blanket touching my skin. The sheets had holes and everything felt old and poorly maintained. It wasn't a good experience. I'd rather pay less because of fewer amenities or a kitchen that's not very good than have cleanliness and maintenance be this poor.

The hotel has its own parking, with room for 4-5 cars, and I was happy with the rooms and room service. The lift isn't working smoothly, though, which is why I gave 4 stars. If they improve it and I visit again in the near future, I'd definitely upgrade my rating.

The location near Krishna Jann bhoomi was good, and the AC worked properly. Toilets were small but clean, and a few staff members were cooperative. The food was tasty too. But we had to call again and again for basic services, and it took a long time. We paid extra for a breakfast buffet in advance, yet they insisted on serving only one variety, aloon paraatha. Buffets usually have lots of choices. After a long discussion they provided one more variety and more quantity. The lift wasn't working, and nobody was there to carry our luggage. With the debate and wasted time, the experience wasn't very good.
