The manager’s professional, cooperative manner made everything smooth and hassle-free. He personally checked that guests were comfortable, and the staff were polite, well trained and quick to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Tasty food and the warm hospitality from the manager and staff made my stay memorable. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The staff were helpful. The receptionist gave us an itinerary for Mathura and Vrindavan, and when we asked to change rooms, they responded quickly and arranged another one. Unfortunately, that room had a cockroach too. I booked a deluxe room without a balcony in September for ~Rs.1500. The hotel is on the main road, and parking was easy to find. Behind the hotel there was an empty swimming pool that didn’t seem to belong to the property. The rooms weren’t well maintained, though the staff were supportive. The stay felt worth around ₹800.

The staff made this stay feel welcoming, always polite and ready to help, and the Manager kept everything well organized. Our room was comfortable and clean, while the food was excellent and arrived quickly. I had a wonderful time here and really appreciated the care from the team. A great choice for comfort and warm hospitality. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We found an insect that looked like a cockroach running around the room, which was horrible. The room also hadn't been cleaned properly.

The reception and entrance area looked good, but the deluxe room was awful to stay in. There was dust and poor cleaning, and a dustbin had clearly been left sitting for a long time. The washroom felt more like a public toilet than a hotel bathroom. I can't see this room being worth more than 400 to 500. It was an exhausting, really poor stay.
