Hotel Krishna Greens By OYO Rooms

The location was okay and parking was available, though the cars were left without a roof over them. After that, nothing felt right. The room door was broken and wouldn't lock, so even with a key I didn't feel safe leaving it. The mattress wasn't clean, and the blanket was so dusty that dust came out of it. The tap was old and unpleasant to touch, and gave only hot water even with the geyser switched off. The towel was old and torn, and there were no face towels or shampoo. The TV, doorbell, and ceiling lights didn't work, either. The room had no phone to call reception, and staff wouldn't listen even after repeated requests. There was nothing to eat, not even tea, and the breakfast included in my booking wasn't provided. Staff weren't helpful, and I found the place unsafe and horrible. You're paying hotel rates for a third-rate guest house. Don't waste your money on this fraud of a hotel.

We arrived at 23:00 and were told the hotel wouldn't accept prepaid bookings. They changed their minds after I called OYO customer support, then said none of the rooms had working AC and tried to persuade us to give up the booking. In the end, they gave us one AC room and one without AC, but there was no generator. The service and rooms were poor, and the amenities weren't much better, with broken taps. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We arrived at 10 p.m. for our prepaid booking on 14.08.22. The AC wasn't cooling, but staff wouldn't change the room or refund us. There were ants, no spare pillow or sheet, and bathroom water leaked into the room. When another guest complained about the service, staff said they weren't asking customers to come, customers came on their own. This isn't a suitable place for a family.

In the morning they offered me chai, and they do provide filtered water. But the room was disgusting, with dirty walls, stained sheets, and an unclean bathroom. The staff didn't speak English, which makes it hard to recommend for foreign visitors. There was no WiFi, which I need for my online work. This is the first hotel I've come across with no internet access.
