Two of the four main dishes served were stale, and several guests complained about the food quality. The staff and owner were rude when we raised concerns, acting as if listening to us was a favor instead of handling the issue professionally. We had booked the venue for a relative's 25th wedding anniversary, a special family milestone, with several elderly guests attending. We repeatedly checked with management that the lifts were fully working and were clearly assured they were. When we arrived for the event, we were told they weren't operational. If we'd known in advance, we could have made other arrangements. The lack of transparency was extremely disappointing, and the whole occasion became unpleasant. Based on this experience, I don't think this venue can be trusted for significant life events.
