The bathroom flooded because the drainage was poor, and the power backup was useless. The lights went out at least five times. At 7 pm we tried to go out, but the main gate was locked and no staff were around. They only came back after three calls, at 7.30 pm. They also wouldn't take debit cards. We stayed for two days, and the room wasn't cleaned once. There was one completely torn towel for two guests. The TV and AC didn't work, a lizard wandered on the wall, and one day a dog tried to come into our room when we opened the door. We were first given a glass tumbler with our water, then plastic tumblers and spoons after that. There was no tea or coffee setup. When we asked for food on the first day, they gave us a menu, then brought food from outside after an hour. We bought our own food outside for the rest of the stay. They charge a decent amount but provide no proper facilities. My friend and I had a very bad experience, so anyone booking should be prepared to make their own arrangements and take the risk.

The room was okay, but there was no room service. For food, you'd have to go 2km towards Mathura- Agra Highway, where there's only one restaurant near the petrol pump. What made the stay horrible was the staff's irresponsible behavior. When I checked in, some of the men there, except the receptionist, were drunk. I told the receptionist before going to dinner around 8:30pm. When I got back at 9:40pm, the gate was locked from inside and nobody was at reception. Everyone seemed to have gone to sleep after drinking, I think. I knocked until 10:15 pm and nobody opened the gate. In the end I called the oyo helpline, and at 10:25 pm I finally got into the hotel by trespassing.

I've only been there once. The interior looks nice from outside, but the way in isn't good. Even a little rain seems to leave the access route full of sewage water. I hope the inside is okay.
