There was hardly any cleanliness or service, and the blankets weren’t provided properly. It would be especially miserable in winter, so I’d honestly tell people not to stay here then. Choosing this place was the worst hotel decision of my life. 👎🏻👎🏻

I wouldn’t come back to this shoddy hotel. The management is terrible, and the staff don’t listen. They seem to show up right away only when you argue. I’ve never seen a hotel this bad in Mathura.

The washrooms were extremely filthy, and the rooms felt unhygienic. There was no hot water or proper drinking water, and the staff weren’t attentive. Room service was the worst. I’d give this hotel a rating below zero.

We paid 1k for two days. The room itself was fine, but it wasn’t clean, and the service wasn’t very good either.

The bedsheet had lots of stains, and there was dirt all over the room. The facilities weren’t good, the staff were rude, and management was awful. Don’t visit.
