Please don’t book this hotel. I rarely write reviews, but this was such a bad experience that I feel people should know. The room was in a shocking state: messy and dirty, with blood stains on the bedsheet and blanket. There were large bugs on the bed, so sitting there was impossible. The kettle was old and rusty, and the washroom was the dirtiest I’ve seen in a hotel, with no basic upkeep. We weren’t given a drinking water bottle, and no staff member checked on us or offered support. Even checking in was a problem. There was no receptionist at the desk, and after we waited a while, someone came to speak with us while chewing gutkha. Despite having a confirmed booking, we were told the rooms in our booked category were occupied. They eventually gave us a room after an argument, only for us to find its condition. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The unprofessional behavior and lack of cleanliness and care made it uncomfortable and, to me, unsafe. I strongly advise others not to book, even by mistake.

The restaurant team really stood out: the food was delicious, nicely presented, and arrived promptly. They were attentive and made us feel comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, respectful, and ready to help. We had an excellent, memorable stay, and I’d absolutely recommend the hotel.

The service was extremely poor, and they clearly don’t care about cleaning or fixing anything. The place was dirtier than anywhere I’ve stayed, and for what I paid, I could have found somewhere much better. The rooms were rotten, with wood peeling off the door. Bedding was dirty and stained, and the sinks, taps, and shower were rusty. I’ve never had a worse stay. If you have any self respect or love yourself, choose another place.

The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. This is a budget friendly hotel for middle class families, with excellent service and a friendly, cooperative staff.
