The prices are far too high for the poor service, and there’s no proper staff to help. The hotel serves only South Indian dishes, and the quality was bad, with a terrible taste. If you’re hoping for good South Indian food, you’ll be disappointed. You can’t get food served in your room either, so you have to carry the tableware yourself. In one word, this hotel is the worst.😩

The banquet halls are beautiful, the decor feels latest, and the staff are very friendly. Loved everything.
