We stayed for two days and found the location convenient, right in central Mathura with good connections. The stay itself was fine. The washroom had a bad smell and the hot water needs fixing. I’d also suggest training the staff to be more courteous and to stop trying to overcharge customers.

The toilet was filthy and the smell was unbearable. I also saw the manager urinating in a room toilet with the door open, which was completely inappropriate and unhygienic. Basic amenities were missing, service was terrible, staff were rude and unprofessional, and nobody took complaints seriously. This place has no standards. It wasted my time and money, and I’d strongly advise people to stay away.

The rooms were properly cleaned, and it’s easy to find an e-rickshaw from here. The hotel is opposite the back gate of BSA Engg. College.

The owner was polite and helpful, and being near both the station and bus stand was a real plus. A decent hotel for a family stay.

It’s close to transportation, and I had a very nice stay. The rooms were neat and clean.
