OYO 22979 Saffron Hotel

The staff were arrogant and had no manners, and there wasn't even a complimentary water bottle. There were lots of mosquitoes, and after a lot of arguing they gave us an All Out. There was no geyser or hot water. Staff called cold water hot water. The rooms were dirty and suffocating, with dusty floors and stained sheets and pillows. The washrooms were filthy, with dirty, leaky taps, and the AC didn't work properly. Pathetic hotel, pathetic staff. Don't ever go here.

The rooms smelled bad and were dirty, with no hot water and problems with the electricity. Service was awful too. This seems more suited to couples wanting a few hours than to families. I’d save myself the trouble and spend a little extra somewhere else.

The hotel’s service is generally good. The nuisance was at night: cigarette smoke often came through, and you could hear people shouting. That was the only drawback.

The location is okay, but the rooms are tiny and have no ventilation. The bathrooms weren’t clean, the TV was broken, and there was no water bottle or phone connection. Hot water was available only in the morning.
