Google Maps gave the wrong directions, and there wasn't even an Oyo sign at the hotel, so it was hard to recognize. The staff were very rude, toiletries weren't provided, and our room was so small we could barely move around. It was dirty, they refused to clean it, and room service was poor and slow. There was no Wi-Fi either. The worst part was that a staff member took my phone on some excuse and rated the hotel themselves. It wasn't worth the money. Highly not recommended.

I had booked a room with early check-in, and had told Oyo many times that I would arrive early, but nobody opened the door when I got there at 3 am. I was with my family in very cold weather, and Oyo offered no solution. Don't go here.

The hotel staff were good, but there was no backup power. Room service calls often went unanswered.

The rooms, service, and location are good. It's easy to get a room here, and seems like a good place for a trip with family or friends.

Worst hotel ever. Don't book it. There was no cleanliness, the washroom was smelly and in bad condition, and the beds were broken. There wasn't a mirror, and even the dustbins smelled like something dead had been put in them.
