Hotel Abhinandan

It was lovely to be here for my sister's ring ceremony. The team was fantastic, supportive, and managed a lot for us. Even when I needed water late at night, they brought it over. The service was very good.

The food was amazing, and the staff were very supportive. But the rooms were tiny, smelled awful, and hadn't been cleaned properly. I found strands of hair on the tray in my room. We arrived very late, so we had no real choice but to stay. For what I paid, I could have got a four- or five-star room elsewhere. Either improve the feel of the rooms, including putting in a decent fragrance, or stop describing the place as a luxury hotel. The rest is up to you. I also visited Rules Club in Virandavan. They call themselves luxurious and actually have premium facilities, with similar room rates. The hotel could learn from how they provide service.

We loved the stay. The banquet room was nice, and the food there was delicious. The beds were really soft and cozy, service was warm, and the morning chai was fantastic. The location was good too, and valet parking was available.

I really liked staying here. The hotel was very nice, and the food tasted great. I booked through cleartrip, which worked out well. The tall guy at reception was smart and incredibly helpful, and the stewards behaved very nicely. Great hotel, abhinandan.
