We paid a tariff of 6500, discounted by booking apps, and this was one of the worst 4 star hotel experiences we've had. The toilets had heavy scaling and were so unclean we were afraid to shower; the rooms were very dirty too. Although we'd requested a king bed when booking, reception gave us twin beds and asked for another Rs. 1,200/- to change it. Breakfast had only 2-3 options, with gas supply issues given as the reason. Parking was extremely limited, with space for just 2-3 cars across the whole property.

They hand over the keys, then come up with a thousand rules. They don't always even let the driver collect the car keys. Reception has no patience, and they seem far too focused on money.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well looked after, and I had a wonderful stay. Everyone from reception to housekeeping was polite, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. Their warm, professional hospitality made me feel looked after and made the stay memorable. Highly recommended for a pleasant, hassle-free visit.

The location is the hotel's strongest point, and the breakfast spread was good. Front desk manager Mr Akash was helpful, but the staff need more training. For a hotel in the heart of Bangalore, the WiFi and TV didn't work because the account hadn't been recharged. The owner parked his BMW in the driveway and blocked guest cars from getting to the entrance. Cleanliness was average.
