The food tastes good and the prices are reasonable, with lots of Pan-Asian options. Everything else was fine, but we always have to ask for Wasabi. They only serve it with Sushi, not Kimbap. They should listen when customers ask for something. Charge extra if you need to, but just serve what we want. It's not a big deal.
The food is just mwah. The colors are very pastel, and it's comparatively affordable.
I left disappointed and unhappy. The service was poor, the staff were rude to customers, and nobody made me feel welcome.
My seafood cucumber order turned into fish sauce with plain cucumber, which was disappointing. I also asked about three times for sugar-free lemon iced tea and got a glass of Limca with one slice of lemon instead. Even after I pointed out the problem, the staff still didn't seem to listen. The whole experience was truly shocking, especially with staff who seemed untrained.
The manchow soup was the standout, and the noodles and rice were cooked just right. The vegetables were delicious, though I found the rice noodles a little spicy. The food was so good, the service amazing, and the staff friendly. A great experience trying a different cuisine.
