The location is the only real plus. Mosquitoes were already in the room before check-in, and it felt like they just leave you there after taking the rent. The key card doesn't work reliably, either. If you're locked out, you may have to walk 2.5 kilometres to reception and ask them to recharge it, then hope it works. Book here if you want malaria or varicose veins, I suppose.

Food orders took ages and needed repeated follow-ups, and getting hot water was a gamble even after leaving the tap on for 10-15 minutes. The place feels like a room in a club, not a proper hotel or lodge, and management is poor despite all the rules. Getting through the entrance or leaving means waiting for a staff member with a card to open the gate. You also need a food card to order a drink, pay ₹200 for it, and then recharge it. Movement depends on a smart card, but they issue just one per room, so one guest can get stuck if the other takes it along. A waste of time, money, and peace of mind. Very disappointing.

The room smelled bad and faced the road, even though I booked a premium suite with a park view. The rooms are in poor shape, the ACs don't work, and there aren't any fans. I'll add more details later.

Dirty toilets, bad food, and rooms in terrible condition. They never clean. I don't know how this place got its 4-star status. There's nothing good to say about it.
