The owner was welcoming and made sure we were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms were maintained well, with prompt room service. Food service was excellent too. A great place to visit with family and friends at fab hotel the pearl boutique.

We came for one night and won’t return. The car and bike parking situation was bad: they told us to park on the roadside at our own risk. There wasn’t even a kettle, plates, glasses, or towels in the room. The water heater didn’t work, and the bathroom tap had such a weak flow it took 15 to 20 minutes to fill a bucket. We told them, but nothing changed. The AC was set to 18, yet the room still didn’t cool properly and I started sweating while trying to sleep. Not worth the money.

The rooms felt fresh, and the hotel seemed very new. We arrived late at night, but the service was still very good. We stayed one night.

I wouldn’t stay here for more than a night. The deluxe rooms are up on the terrace, so I’d avoid booking one. Cleanliness also wasn’t up to standard.
