Apple Tree Apart Hotel

On my return visit for a few days, the breakfast buffet had lots of choices and the staff were just as helpful. The rooms were clean, though the bedsheets looked dull and discoloured and didn’t feel freshly washed, which isn’t what I’d expect from a well-run place. It’s a safe, homely spot in clean surroundings, with friendly staff and shops and the Forum Mall within walking distance.

My son was unwell and crying badly during heavy rain, so I called the owner because his wife is a doctor. They helped right away, and the hotel staff got medicine from the pharmacy. I’m very grateful to Omkar sir and the helpful staff for their support. The owner is kind and even ready to help at midnight, and the location is very nice. I’d recommend it for families.

A terrible stay over two nights. I booked a club room through MakeMyTrip, but was first given a regular one. After I complained to mmt, they moved me, but the replacement room was filthy, with a broken chair and damaged bed and wardrobe. The AC didn’t work. After another long argument I was moved again, and that room had the same problems. Power cuts were common and there was no backup; even when the AC was on, it didn’t cool. In Erving, the toilet suddenly got jammed, and nobody responded to my complaints. They charged me to clean the wed sheet after my kid plead on the bed. There were mosquitoes, and the staff were rude and threatened me when I wouldn’t pay the cleaning charge.

It’s close to Christ University and Nexus Mall, and the staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious. They’re being renovated right now, which is why I’m giving four stars, but once that work is taken care of, this will be a very nice place to stay.
