I found this place through AirBnB. The rooms and service were great, and the staff were kind and friendly. I’ll definitely come back next time I visit Bangalore.

The staff broke my suitcase, and the manager, Kartik, argued with me and started fighting instead of offering compensation. He said luggage service wasn’t available and that he was providing it as a complimentary service from his end. The service was the worst, and I’d tell people not to go to such a terrible place.

I’d call the stay just okay. They didn’t provide food or an all-out machine. The TV connection was recharged only when required, and they said the bedsheet would be changed once every two days. I don’t know why.

At checkout, they made me wait at reception while staff checked the room. It felt humiliating, like they treated guests as thieves. The man named Samantha was very rude. When I objected, he said it was a rule. Other staff were good, but the hotel is costly for the rooms and service. The buffet breakfast was okay.
