The room itself was clean, but staying here was a very bad experience. We had to ask for every item, even towels and soap, and the bell boy gave us a dirty towel that didn’t seem properly washed. His behavior felt partial toward people from Karnataka, and he avoided Tamil people. Another family from Salem had the same problem with him. We had booked a week ahead, and they spoke very nicely then. There was no parking, so we left our cars on the road without any security. They also promised breakfast as a compliment but never provided it. What the website said was completely fake. I wouldn’t give this place even one star, and I’d tell people not to book here.

We found Upahara Bhavan, which serves South Indian breakfast, just 50m away, and that was convenient. The host was also kind enough to look after our luggage for a while after we checked out in the morning. Our room and bathroom were clean and hygienic, with hot water for showers. Great hospitality overall.

We chose this hotel because we planned to visit Banerghatta zoo in the morning. The rooms were spacious enough, very clean, and got good sunlight. The bathrooms were clean too, with hot water running 24 hours, and hygiene was well maintained. I’d recommend it for a family looking for accommodation.

They seem to charge a higher room price if you can’t speak Kannada, while Kannada speakers can get a more affordable rate. There was no breakfast or complimentary water, and no towels or soap either. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We’ve kept coming back to Green vista for our business trips over the past year because the stay is comfortable and they accommodate our basic requests whenever we ask. The front office staff in particular are so welcoming. Thanks for making things comfortable, see you again.
